Based in West Yorkshire, England, our small farm is dedicated to growing the finest quality Rainbow Trout,  Herbs & Leaves for our customers to enjoy year-round. Freshness and concentrated flavour have become our obsession and our passion. Alongside our freshly cut herb bunches and living pots, we have developed a Rainbow Trout range that seeks to appeal to the most discerning of tastes. Marinated and Smoked product lines produced to the highest standard that our customers have grown to expect. We supply to an ever-increasing number of chefs and cuisine connoisseurs who are concerned about their food wastage in the kitchen. Too many of us are buying fresh cut herbs from distributors and supermarkets every week, with large quantities being thrown away due to their limited shelf life. However, currently available chopped-dried-herbs have a limited shelf-life once opened. So we decided to dedicate a portion of our monthly crop cycles to a longer-life alternative. Our plants are dehydrated on the day that we pick them to ensure the ultimate opportunity for freshness and to capture those essential oils. There are many combinations in our expanding range, including hand-tied bouquet garni's. Our dehydrating process concentrates the distinctive qualities and extends the shelf life, we combine that process with our compostable vacuum-packaging to offer a true alternative that can increase the life of our delicate flavours by up to 12 months. We are also busy preparing living-pots to enable you to continue growing the herbs and leaves that you love, on your own window sills. We are proud that we have managed to seriously reduce food waste and food mileage for our sustainably-sourcing custom base. All our produce is grown and packaged on our small farm here in Yorkshire and we are committed to maintaining a 25 mile field to plate radius.
