Hollandaise Sauce - 1 Jar (190g) - Christmas Box

This exquisite sauce comes from our friends over in North Yorkshire and is fantastic for salads and is a perfect local pairing with our smoked trout products. Yorkshire Hollandaise is fantastic, made with award Winning Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, a touch of British butter and free range eggs. With a beautiful delicate flavour, this is delicious stirred through spinach topped with a poached egg. Classic addition served alongside asparagus, chicken, avocado, over salads or of course served with our cold smoked trout.

Ingredients: Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, Water, White Wine Vinegar,  Free Range Pasteurised Egg, Butter , Lemon Juice (from concentrate ( Sulphites )), Sugar, Garlic Oil, Salt
