Smoked Trout Local Produce Canape Pack (20 servings)

Two of Our traditional-cure recipe cold smoked trout in a 200g twin pack. Joined with a collaboration of products from two excellent local producers: Longley Farm in Holmfirth and Lottie Shaw’s bakery in Brighouse.

Lottie Shaw has created these wonderful seeded oatmeal savoury biscuits that have a great bite and the nutty seeds provide further texture.

Longley Farm have produced this wonderfully creamy and slightly tangy rich cream cheese for years in their dairy in Holmfirth, adding a really luxurious taste profile.

We started serving these canapés on our upgraded farm tours that include a tasting session and they were so well received that we thought you may well like to recreate and enjoy them with your loved ones during this festive period.

200g cold Smoked Trout (Twin Pack)

20x) Savoury seeded oatmeal biscuits (2 packs)

200g Cream cheese (1 tub)

The smoked fish product is previously frozen, this means that the product cannot be refrozen once it arrives with you.
