Trout Candy - Aleppo Chilli Flakes

A sweet and tasty high protein snack, inspired by ancient Alaskan fish-preserving methods.

Our high-welfare rainbow trout fillets are cut into thin strips and cured in-house using a sweet cure of maple syrup, honey, dark muscavado sugar and salts. We then add a generous dusting of Aleppo Chilli Flakes, before gently hot smoking over apple and alder wood chips, creating a fantastic alternative snack to be enjoyed either with drinks as an aperitif, or sprinkled over salads / pizzas / breads.

We can ship this item to you using a courier on an overnight service. Just choose the "I'd like to have this shipped" option. Shipping option will always be previously frozen product, because the product defrosts on its journey out to you, ensuring the safest, freshest possible shipped solution. 

If you need them to be shipped to you, please just make sure you don't add any fresh veg / herb items to your shopping cart, because we can't ship those to you.
