BARNCLIFFE Mascarpone - 200g Tub

Barncliffe cheeses are made in small batches by hand by Ruth Baker, in her dairy in Shelley, just 2.5 miles from our farm. All Barncliffe cheeses are vegetarian, and are made using pasteurised milk, which comes from a herd of Meuse-Rhine-Issel cows that graze just half a mile away from the dairy. Ruth collects their milk in churns straight from the farm each morning.

BARNCLIFFE Mascarpone is Rich, velvety texture balances with a contrasting lightness and freshness of flavour. Smooth finish on the palate.
