Cold Smoked Trout - Traditional Cure - 100g
Our traditional-cure recipe cold smoked trout. Dry-cured ourselves by hand using our own unique blend of salt and Demerara sugar. Slowly cold smoked for 8 hours in our own smokehouse over beechwood and oak before being sliced by hand. Our fish are raised in crystal clear pure rainwater using our sustainable raising methods, which produces a delicate and unique flavour profile, perfectly balanced with our secret blend curing mix to create a really luxurious product. Perfect for topping blinis spread with cream cheese and topped with our fresh herbs. 100g.
This product is previously frozen, this means that the product cannot be refrozen once it arrives with you.
We can ship this item to you using a courier on an overnight service. Just choose the "I'd like to have this shipped" option. Shipping option will always be previously frozen product, because the product defrosts on its journey out to you, ensuring the safest, freshest possible shipped solution.
If you need them to be shipped to you, please just make sure you don't add any fresh veg / herb items to your shopping cart, because we can't ship those to you.
