Beetroot Cure Smoked Trout Bundle for 1 - Christmas Box

This bundle contains one 100g pack of our delicious beetroot cure cold smoked trout and one 150g tub of our fantastic beetroot cure smoked trout pate, perfect for someone to enjoy on their own over the Festive period.

Our beetroot cure recipe uses un-concentrated beetroot juice and our own unique blend of salt and Demerara sugar.  We slowly cold smoke for 14 hours in our own smokehouse over beechwood and alder. Our smoked trout is then blended with our own Mascarpone and a handful of other natural ingredients to make our delicious pate.

Both of these products are best enjoyed when you remove from the fridge 1 hour prior to serving.

This product contains previously frozen smoked fish, this means that the product cannot be refrozen once it arrives with you. Sliced packs have 21 days shelf life from date of manufacture, pate has 17 days.
