It captures the sweet, nutty flavours of the traditional Bakewell tart, blending juicy Morello cherries with a hint of almond for a truly nostalgic treat. Since the cherry jam is sandwiched between our rich shortbread, this is more of a chewy shortbread. It’s perfect for pairing with a cup of tea or gifting to someone who loves a taste of tradition.
