THIS BATCH IS BEING PRODUCED ON THURSDAY 18th JULY (MUST BE ORDERED NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY 17TH JULY) FOR COLLECTION IN PERSON ON THE 19TH JULY OR FOR COURIER DELIVERY ON THE 19TH JULY ONLY. Our Beetroot-cure recipe cold smoked trout. Immersed in a bath of beetroot juice for 24 hours before being dry-cured ourselves by hand using our own unique blend of salt and Demerara sugar.  Slowly cold smoked for 12 hours in our own smokehouse over beechwood and alder before being sliced by hand. Our fish are raised in crystal clear pure rainwater using our sustainable raising methods, which produces a delicate and unique flavour profile, perfectly balanced with our secret blend curing mix to create a really luxurious product. Perfect for topping blinis spread with cream cheese and topped with our fresh herbs. 100g.

For best results, please remove the pack from your fridge one hour before serving.

Our normal production standard is to freeze our 100g packs on the day we hand slice them, to ensure the freshest product with the longest shelf-life is available to all our customers. However, this means that the product cannot be refrozen once it arrives with you.

IN RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS, THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE VERSION OF OUR COLD SMOKED TROUT SUPPLIED FRESH & CHILLED, (NOT PREVIOUSLY FROZEN), TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO FREEZE AT HOME. 

THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ONE DAY PER BATCH CYCLE.
