Our traditional-cure recipe cold smoked trout pâté. Our trout is dry-cured ourselves by hand using our own unique blend of salt and Demerara sugar.  Slowly cold smoked for 8 hours in our own smokehouse over beechwood and oak. Our smoked trout is then blended with "Yorkshire Cheese" Mascarpone and a handful of other natural ingredients.

 

Perfect for topping our Seeded Oatmeal Biscuits and a sprinkling with our fresh chives. Our fish are raised in crystal clear pure rainwater using our sustainable raising methods, which produces a delicate and unique flavour profile, perfectly balanced with our secret recipe to create a really luxurious product.  150g.

Best enjoyed when you remove from the fridge 1 hour prior to serving.

This product contains previously frozen smoked fish, this means that the product cannot be refrozen once it arrives with you. 17 days shelf life from date of manufacture.

Ingredients: Smoked Trout (Rainbow trout (FISH), Salt, Demerara Sugar, Beetroot Juice,(beetroot juice (90%), apple juice), antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid)), Mascarpone Cheese (Pasteurised Cream (MILK), Cheese cultures, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), preservative (Potassium METABISULPHITE), Paprika, Ground Black Pepper. ALLERGENS IN BOLD.
