A sweet and tangy blend of Yorkshire rhubarb with a nice prickle of hot chilli. Perfect as an accompaniment to an adventurous cheeseboard (we’re thinking strong flavours like Maroilles, Munster and ripe Camembert) as well as being the perfect spread in a ham and mature Cheddar sandwich.

Made in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, just 3 miles from our farm.

Ingredients: Rhubarb, sugar, red peppers, mixed chillies (serrano, naga bhut jolokia, scotch bonnet, bird’s eye), cider vinegar (sulphites) apple, ginger, lemon. Allergens highlighted in bold.
