Semi dried tomatoes - Garlic & Herbs - 150g

Our Semi Dried Tomatoes are really special. We choose only the sweetest and ripest cherry tomatoes from our vines, we then spray them with a spritz of Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil and a sprinkling of Halen Mon Anglesey Sea Salt flakes. We then roast them at a low temperature until they start to dry out and really concentrate their natural sweetness, but we don't take them as far as a "sun-dried tomato", which requires copious amounts of salt and time. When they're still hot we sprinkle them with our dried Portugese Oregano and then immerse them immediately in Garlic-Infused Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil.

Perfect paired with our mascarpone Cheese for a simple and easy Pasta Supper and don't forget to reserve the remaining Oil and Herby infusion to re-use as an instant salad dressing.
