
This year we're very proud to announce that we have two new products ready for you to try! Both are a variation of an Alaskan recipe called "Fish Candy", which is a very sweet wet brine cure, consisting of Maple Syrup, Honey, Sugar and Salt. We then Hot-Smoke strips of our brined trout over Apple and Alder chips to create a very fruity and lively smoke finish. We have two versions available; Aleppo Chilli Flakes and Black Pepper. They make an excellent aperitif type snack to enjoy with drinks, when you get out the nibbles, so, perfect to serve alongside your bubbles, wine, beer, with olives, nuts, crisps, etc.
