Our Mascarpone Cheese is deliciously tangy and fresh. An ideal ingredient to boost the flavour profile of both your savoury and dessert offerings. Perfect to stir through and pasta dish or to make the most decadent of tiramisus.

This wonderful and truly unique mascarpone cheese is made using pasteurised cream, which comes from a beautiful herd of Meuse-Rhine-Issel cows that graze just a few miles away from us in a village called Shelley. 

Our Mascarpone is Rich, velvety texture balances with a contrasting lightness and freshness of flavour. Smooth finish on the palate.
